Opportunity for Dance Teacher Employment in Sevier County
All of our teachers are specially trained and qualified with college dancing experience
Instructor Criteria
Burn Bright is always looking for loving, talented and enthusiastic teachers. Potential teaching candidates must meet the following criteria:
Teachers must have an ability to work with all age groups, skill levels and body types. They need to be able to help all students, not just the naturally talented ones.
Teachers need to have a basic understanding of anatomy and proper placement. They should know how to help students overcome physical barriers in their bodies.
Teachers need to have some college training or a professional level of experience.
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required. I am willing to train the right applicant.
Teachers need to be willing to work in a collaborative environment where all the teachers learn from and help one another.
Candidates need to read and understand our studio’s philosophy and be willing to work in that environment.
Bringing Quality Dance to Sevier County
I am on a mission to bring quality dance instruction to my beautiful rural area. I understand that university trained teachers will most likely have to travel long distances. To compensate for travel distance, I am willing to pay competitive wages based on training and experience.
